About us
The story of SHISH KABOB, Downtown Raleigh, begins with two guys, Sam and Wallys. 
Maybe you've heard of us our restaurant in downtown Raleigh, is called (not coincidentally) Sam and Wally's. For 15 years we've been proudly serving exceptionally fresh and delicious food to our guests.
Fast forward to 2008, when we discovered an exciting opportunity to bring a new kind of casual dining experience to the friendly folks of Wake Forest, and now to the friendly folks of downtown Raleigh, Mediterranean specialties-as delicious as they are nutritious, served fast and friendly in the inviting new cafe' atmosphere of SHISH KABOB.

trans-fats. Look no further...our menu is bursting with flavorful, healthful choices that will leave you and everyone in your party smiling. Everything from the wildly popular gyro to vegetarian dishes and fresh, colorful salads to our house specialty are grilled-to-perfection kabobs.
